Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your digital product to request a refund.

    To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Since this is a digital product (ebook), there are no physical items to return.

    Damages and issues
    Please contact us immediately if you experience any technical issues with your download, receive a corrupted file, or if there are any problems accessing your ebook, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Once downloaded and accessed, digital products like ebooks are generally considered used. However, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis within the 30-day window. We do not accept returns for gift cards.


    Exchanges
    Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you have concerns about the product, please contact us at [email protected].


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, please note that by downloading or accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws, unless the content is defective.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
